1. MARKETING & LOGISTICS (MARINE) MANAGER

MARKETING & LOGISTICS DEPARTMENT

Responsibilities:

1. Develop departmental plans and goals, including business and organisational priorities for the Marketing & Logistics department.
2. Guide direct reports in executing department activities in order to achieve the company set target and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements (or international best practices).
3. Review and verify accuracy of marketing, logistics, loading and shipping reports, documentation and invoices are prepared in a timely manner and in accordance with our process, policies and agreements.
4. Coordinate the scheduling of loading operations with off-taker/customers to avoid disruption to plant operations and ensuring sufficient inventories management to satisfy off-taker/customers lifting plan.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• At least 10 years’ experience in related field and 5 years’ experience in a supervisory role
• Having a Master’s Degree in the relevant field is an added advantage

2.MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR (ROTATING)

TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT

Responsibilities:

1. Implement planned maintenance schedule and estimate labor, materials and supplies required to perform specific activity/assignment.
2. Plan and arrange for spares and material from stores to work location to expedite completion of assigned task. Ensure that team members have adequate tools and supervise their correct usage.
3. Supervise the inspection, testing, calibrating, installing, and repair work performed by Mechanical (Rotating) Technicians. Exercise discipline at work site to prevent unsafe work practices.
4. Provide technical direction to technicians in troubleshooting problems of moderate complexity.
5. Track usage of spares and consumables used and collaborate with Warehouse Section to maintain optimal inventory stock.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical/Process Engineering.
• At least 7 years experience in related field.
